Industry · Yoga and studios
The same beige tones, the same stock images, the same promises – and then people wonder why nobody books the trial class. It can be done differently, without getting esoteric.

Why it’s different
Beige is not a brand strategy. Yoga is an industry with astonishingly similar identities, and that’s not for lack of effort – everyone looks to the same role models, and in the end every studio looks like the next.
Someone booking a trial class with you doesn’t decide by the class price. They decide by whether they can imagine taking their shoes off in that room.
That’s why a project like this doesn’t start with the layout for me, but with the question of what actually sets your studio apart from the one three streets away. For Sweet Spot Yoga, the brand guideline was in place before anything was designed.

What I do for yoga studios
A logo for your yoga studio and a brand that doesn’t look like every other studio – from the guideline to the gift voucher.
You or your team create, move and cancel classes. Every class gets its own address that Google finds individually.
Newcomers want to know: when, where, how much, and do I need to bring anything? Four answers, one screen.
I’ve already connected Eversports, and other systems work just as well – embedded rather than placed alongside, so there’s no visible break in the flow.
Colour concept, logo usage, imagery and a mood board for future shoots – in writing, so it still holds in a year.
Separate pages for formats that only run for a few weeks. Create, promote, archive – without me.
Gift cards, flyers and notices come from the same colour concept in print and digital, so nothing looks out of place.
If you also want to be visible as a teacher, those are two identities. For Sweet Spot Yoga they even ran on two platforms.
“Yoga” plus neighbourhood is the search that counts. Structure and headings built around it, plus the Google profile.

How it works
01
Who comes to you today, who should come too, and what do people say after their first class? Usually one long conversation, sometimes two.
02
Colours, type, imagery and tone of voice in one guideline. The document shortens every later decision, including at the next photo shoot.
03
If helpful, I’ll show you design ideas or a clickable prototype first. I design with your real content instead of placeholders.
04
Build, connect booking, test on real devices, training. After that you manage classes and retreats yourself.

The questions that come sooner or later
You do. Domain, access and content run on your own accounts, and I build the site so someone else could take it over without untangling it first. That keeps you independent of me.
You get all access details, the files and documentation someone else can read. Classes and structure are named so other developers can find their way around.
That depends a lot on the scope – a website is on a different scale from a portal or an ongoing collaboration. You’ll get a reliable timeframe after our first conversation.
I’ll give you the exact scope after our first conversation.
