Industry · Recruitment

For recruitment agencies.

Recruitment agency or staffing firm: skilled workers choose who they work for. So how you come across has to convince two sides at once – and each sees you through very different eyes.

Why it’s different

You sell to companies and compete for people.

Most recruitment websites talk to companies. Understandable – that’s where the money comes from. But nobody applies through a site that’s all about numbers and processes.

The same applies the other way round: if you only court candidates, you look like yet another job board to an HR manager.

The answer isn’t a compromise page somewhere in the middle. It’s two clear paths that split right on the home page – and two tones of voice that still sound like the same company.

What I do for recruitment agencies

Brand, website and portal for recruitment agencies.

Brand & Graphic Design

An identity that companies and candidates trust equally – with your own images instead of stock photos.

More on brand & graphic design

Web Design & Development

A website for recruitment agencies with a careers page, job ads in the CMS and an application flow people actually finish on their phone.

More on web design

Portals & Applications

A staff portal for contracts, documents and records – custom-built, as for SangCare.

More on portals

Recruitment agencies speak to two audiences.

Job ads in the CMS

Your team creates, edits and closes ads itself – without going through me. Every ad gets its own address that Google finds individually.

Application flow

Short enough to finish on a phone. Every extra required field costs you applications – you can calculate that in advance.

Staff portal

Documents, contracts, assignments and records sit behind a login. Built, not clicked together – for example with Next.js and Supabase.

Your own images

An agency advertising with stock photos of smiling nurses looks like every other one. A shoot takes one day and makes the whole identity work.

Locations and specialisms

Separate pages instead of one catch-all page, so every location and every qualification can be found on its own.

Data protection from the start

Application documents are especially sensitive. Deletion periods, encryption and server location are at the top of the list, not the bottom.

Separate paths for companies and candidates

Companies and candidates each find their own way in on the first screen, without either side feeling overlooked.

Findability

Structure, headings and metadata built so both audiences find you on Google – locally and nationwide.

Two examples from the industry

One from scratch, one a relaunch.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Listen

Who applies to you, who buys from you, and where does it go wrong today? Usually one long conversation, sometimes two.

02

Structure

Deciding which pages exist for companies and for candidates, what belongs in the CMS and what goes behind the login.

03

Design

If helpful, I’ll show you design ideas or a clickable prototype first. I design with your real content instead of placeholders.

04

Build and hand over

Build, testing on real devices, training for your team. After that you can manage job ads yourselves without asking me.

Before you get in touch

Are we a good fit?

Good signs

  • ✓You want to get applications, not just look good.
  • ✓Someone on your team will look after the job ads afterwards.
  • ✓You know what you offer candidates – or want to work it out.
  • ✓You want to stand out, not sound like every other agency.

Probably not

  • ×Your budget is fixed before it’s clear what you need it for.
  • ×The new site alone is supposed to raise applicant numbers.
  • ×There’s no time in day-to-day business for feedback and approvals.

The questions that come sooner or later

Answered in advance.

Who owns the site in the end?

You do. Domain, access and content run on your own accounts, and I build the site so someone else could take it over without untangling it first. That keeps you independent of me.

Where is the data stored?

Applications and portal data are protected – with a data processing agreement, encryption and fixed deletion periods. We settle that at the start, not just before launch.

How long does it take?

That depends a lot on the scope – a website is on a different scale from a portal or an ongoing collaboration. You’ll get a reliable timeframe after our first conversation.

What does it cost?

One-page websitefrom €2,500
Multi-page websitefrom €5,000
Brand design for your companyfrom €3,500
Client portalfrom €10,000
Ongoing supportfrom €350 per month

I’ll give you the exact scope after our first conversation.
