Industry · Medical technology
Products that need explaining, long decision paths and a committee looking for reasons to say no. A medical technology company’s presence doesn’t have to be liked – it has to hold up.

Why it’s different
In medical technology, one person rarely decides. Engineering reads it, purchasing reads it, someone from quality assurance reads it – and each of them is looking for something different.
Engineering wants data, interfaces and standards. Purchasing wants availability, service and references. Quality assurance wants to know whether the documentation is complete.
A site that only promises “solutions for healthcare” loses all three. That’s why I focus less on emotion here and more on documents that are easy to find: data sheets within reach, standards named, contact people with names.
What I do for medical technology
Every product with its own page, technical data and downloads. Your engineering team adds new variants itself.
Not hidden behind a form. Anyone in an engineering office who looks for a PDF and doesn’t find one keeps searching at the competitor’s.
Processes that need explaining, as graphics. The first decision is what to leave out – a graphic that shows everything shows nothing.
German and English cleanly separated, so exports don’t fail because of the website.
A protected area for documentation, certificates and order history – custom-built, not bought in.
Every contact person listed with name, responsibility and direct line. In B2B that’s not decoration, it’s the reason for the call.
The skills shortage exists here too. Job ads belong in the CMS, not as a PDF on the side.
Server location, data processing agreement and deletion concept from the start – the questions will come anyway.
An honest assessment
I haven’t worked for a medical technology company yet. What I can prove: a custom-built portal with login, documents and uploads for SangCare, infographics for energy topics that need explaining at ju:niz, and websites in the healthcare sector.
These are the same building blocks – just not in this industry yet.
If you’re looking for an agency with ten medical technology references, you’re better off elsewhere. If you’re looking for someone who builds portal and brand herself, you should talk to me.
How it works
01
Who reads along, who decides, and where did the last deal nearly fall through? Ideally with someone from sales in the room.
02
Define product logic, document paths and languages.
03
If helpful, I’ll show you design ideas or a clickable prototype first. I design with your real product data instead of placeholders.
04
Build, documentation, training. You get all access details and a structure someone else can find their way around too.
Before you get in touch
The questions that come sooner or later
You do. Domain, access and content run on your own accounts, and I build the site so someone else could take it over without untangling it first. That keeps you independent of me.
You get all access details, the files and documentation someone else can read. Classes and structure are named so other developers can find their way around.
That depends a lot on the scope – a website is on a different scale from a portal or an ongoing collaboration. You’ll get a reliable timeframe after our first conversation.
I’ll give you the exact scope after our first conversation.
