Rights of use

Upon full payment, I grant the client exclusive and irrevocable rights of use to the work results created, unlimited in territory, time and content, including the right to edit them and to transfer them to third parties. Third-party materials (e.g. fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licence terms.

Prices and VAT

All prices are net prices. I have neither a residence nor a permanent establishment in Germany. Services to businesses in Germany are subject to the reverse charge procedure: VAT is payable by the recipient (Section 13b UStG). Services to private individuals are not taxable in Germany, and no VAT is charged.

Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and orders that refer to them.
