Industry · Care
A home care service has to convince two groups: relatives who want to be sure their family is well looked after, and nurses who want to know whether you’re a good place to work. Brand, website or portal – I design for both.

Why it’s different
Relatives often search when a situation has suddenly changed. They want to know quickly whether you cover their area, which services you provide, how billing with the care insurance works and whether you have capacity right now.
Nurses, on the other hand, choose their job – and look at how you present yourselves first. Their questions are different: how are the rounds scheduled, who covers when I’m ill, and what does the boss sound like?
That’s why each group gets its own path through the site – with concrete answers instead of general words about quality.

What I do for home care services
You create, edit and close jobs yourselves – without going through me. Every job gets its own address so it can be found individually.
Name, qualification and contact details are enough. Someone on their phone after a late shift won’t fill in a two-page form.
Rotas, documents, records and contracts behind a login – custom-built as for SangCare instead of clicked together.
Every nurse recognises stock photos of smiling nurses immediately. A day’s shoot costs less than three months without applications.
Services, costs and process explained clearly, plus a short enquiry form – for people organising care for the first time.
Which places you cover, as content of its own. That’s the search relatives start with.
Application documents and health data are especially protected. Deletion periods and server location are at the top of the list.
The site has large type and high contrast and can be used with a keyboard. In this industry, that’s not optional.
Example from the industry
For SangCare, a recruitment agency for nursing staff, I finalised the logo and brand, organised a photo shoot, built the website and developed the staff portal behind it. How it came about is in the case study (in German).
View case studyHow it works
01
Where does it get stuck – with applications, with enquiries or both? And what do the people who already work with you say?
02
Define the two paths before designing. What belongs in the CMS, what behind the login, what on a page of its own.
03
If helpful, I’ll show you design ideas or a clickable prototype first. I design with your real content instead of placeholders.
04
Build, testing on real devices, training for your office team. After that you manage jobs yourselves.
Before you get in touch
The questions that come sooner or later
You do. Domain, access and content run on your own accounts, and I build the site so someone else could take it over without untangling it first. That keeps you independent of me.
You get all access details, the files and documentation someone else can read. Classes and structure are named so other developers can find their way around.
That depends a lot on the scope – a website is on a different scale from a portal or an ongoing collaboration. You’ll get a reliable timeframe after our first conversation.
I’ll give you the exact scope after our first conversation.
