Service

Portals & Applications.

I build client portals, internal tools and booking flows that don’t feel like off-the-shelf software – because I design them before I develop them.

What I build

Four things that keep coming up.

Client portals

A dedicated area for your clients: login, appointments, documents, status. Everything in one place instead of scattered across emails.

Internal tools

What your team needs every day and has so far done in spreadsheets. Tailored to your workflow, not to that of off-the-shelf software.

Booking & Appointments

Booking flows people actually complete – on a phone too, without explanation.

Documents & Data

Files, forms and records in one place, with clear permissions and no searching.

Process

From conversation to a running application.

01

Understand

We go through what happens today – who does what, where it gets stuck, what could actually go. Often it turns out that some features aren’t needed at all.

02

Design

I design the interface before it’s built. If helpful, I’ll show you a clickable prototype first.

03

Build

Built in Next.js and Supabase. You get interim versions you can try out, not just status reports.

04

Support

After launch, someone stays around. Adjustments, new requirements, operations – as ongoing support if you like.

Example

A staff portal for a recruitment agency.

For SangCare I built the brand, website and a dedicated portal – including a photo shoot. How it came about and the decisions behind it are in the case study (in German).
