A property management company’s website and portal are rarely admired but used every day. Damage reports, documents, statements – when that works well, your phone rings less often.

Why it’s different
Property management is a business where the effort per unit decides whether it pays off. And much of that effort consists of questions that have been answered before.
Where’s my statement? When is the tradesperson coming? Who do I report a water leak to at the weekend?
These aren’t design questions but process questions – and that’s exactly why a prettier website doesn’t solve them. You need an area where owners and tenants can look things up themselves, and that’s simple enough that they actually do.
What I do for property management companies
Statements, minutes, resolutions and contracts behind a login – sorted by property and year.
Tenants find house rules, contacts and dates in one place – separate from the owner area, because the permissions differ.
Tenants report damage via a short form: property, location, photo and urgency. With these four details you don’t have to ask again – not even at eight on a Sunday.
The number for a burst pipe doesn’t belong three levels deep but on every page.
Properties with responsibilities and documents. You add new properties yourselves.
A dedicated area for owner associations who want to switch – with clear information on services and price.
Where you already use management software, I connect to it instead of building a second system next to it.
The site has large type and high contrast and can be used with a keyboard. Not all your owners are thirty.
An honest assessment
I have worked in real estate: for Premium Estate I built a one-page website the client could then maintain himself. A property management company with an owner portal hasn’t been among my projects yet – but the portal itself has, at SangCare, with login, documents and uploads.

01
What comes up most often on the phone? Those topics get the most space on the site and in the portal.
02
Who may see what – owners, advisory board, tenants, caretaker. That’s the real conceptual work.
03
If helpful, I’ll show you design ideas or a clickable prototype first. I design with your real content instead of placeholders.
04
Build, data protection, training – and a letter you can use to bring your owners into the portal.
Before you get in touch
The questions that come sooner or later
You do. Domain, access and content run on your own accounts, and I build the site so someone else could take it over without untangling it first. That keeps you independent of me.
You get all access details, the files and documentation someone else can read. Classes and structure are named so other developers can find their way around.
That depends a lot on the scope – a website is on a different scale from a portal or an ongoing collaboration. You’ll get a reliable timeframe after our first conversation.
I’ll give you the exact scope after our first conversation.
